Huntington National Bank in Beachwood, OH seeks a Regional Banking CRE Portfolio Manager to collaborate with Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers. You will evaluate complex CRE lending opportunities and help shape credit decisions that support growth and risk management.

You will review requests, conduct portfolio reviews, and participate in enterprise-wide credit matters, ensuring portfolio health with annual risk ratings and strategic contributions across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of Commercial or Business Banking Portfolio Management and/or credit experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor to Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers evaluating CRE lending opportunities.
• Review and assess credit requests with analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with relationship teams to conduct portfolio reviews and identify opportunities, strengths, and risks.
• Participate in portfolio reviews and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Perform annual credit reviews and assign risk ratings for portfolio health.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and special projects to support regional success.
