Job summary

United Way of the Coastal Empire is seeking a Regional County Director to provide strategic leadership, oversee fundraising initiatives, and ensure effective program delivery across Bryan County.

The role leads the local Advisory Board, cultivates donor and partner relationships, and collaborates with UWCE departments to align services with regional priorities while maintaining sound financial stewardship and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Non-profit fundraising experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Resource Development to maximize fundraising results.
• Lead annual workplace campaigns focusing on donor cultivation and growth.
• Build relationships with businesses, individuals, and stakeholders to drive engagement.
• Represent United Way at community events and committees.
• Supervise Bryan County staff and coordinate with the Savannah office.
