Job summary

Mesa Public Schools is seeking a Secondary Academics Coordinator to provide regional leadership and instructional support for 7–12 campuses within an assigned pair of regions. The role reports to the Regional Director of Academics and partners with district colleagues to ensure high-quality curriculum and MTSS implementation.

• Regional Leadership Responsibilities: Serve as a regional point-of-contact for instruction, curriculum, assessment, and professional learning.
• Lead implementation of instructional priorities across assigned schools.
• Provide instructional leadership, coaching, and professional development for principals and site-based coaches.
• Collaborate to ensure vertical alignment between elementary and secondary levels.
• Maintain consistent communication with Regional Learning Leads and district staff.
• Support HQIM fidelity and data-driven instruction improvements.
