Regional Coordinator (Dallas or Houston)

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in either the greater Dallas or Houston area)

Travel: Up to 20% for live events

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Regional Team to recruit, train, and oversee staff, ensuring agency and client standards are upheld.
  • Act as the primary contact for field staff and logistics teams, driving effective communication and operational efficiency.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including event staffing data entry, weekly recap audits, credit card funding, and reporting.
  • Confirm with accounts before activations and provide follow-up as needed.
  • Travel occasionally for events and manage onsite tasks during activations.
  • Oversee logistics for field teams, ensuring timely delivery of project materials.
  • Maintain and distribute weekly activation calendars and staff confirmation emails.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends to offer strategic insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Interest in event marketing; agency experience preferred, especially with luxury brands or spirits categories.
  • 2 years of marketing agency experience or deep knowledge of luxury or spirits brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields preferred.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills, with a keen eye for process optimization.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; this role involves significant spreadsheet and data entry work.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for live events.
