Job summary

Simprints seeks an experienced Program Lead to oversee biometric integration within eCHIS for vaccination initiatives in remote communities. You will coordinate with health bureaus, supervise field teams, ensure data quality, and drive dashboard-enabled decision-making.

The role requires deep public health expertise, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on training in digital health systems to improve immunization coverage and reporting in regional contexts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional project activities with health bureaus and partners.
• Maintain data quality and proper data capture procedures.
• Lead community sensitization and stakeholder engagement.
• Supervise field activities and monitor biometric registration.
• Support dashboard use and training for officials.
• Manage HEWs incentives and tracking of vaccination visits.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress and coordination reports.
