Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to position Kaiser Permanente as a leading regional health system.
• Oversee operations design, budget, and performance including clinical quality and cost.
• Ensure access to services with convenient hours and wait times.
• Lead capital planning and budgeting processes.
• Oversee contracting and performance services with external providers.
• Lead and manage multiple work streams and engage staff with urgency.
• Foster collaboration with MAPMG and Labor Management Partnership.
