Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services is hiring a Regional Controller to lead the finance function for remote locations. This role drives the monthly close, strengthens controls, and oversees budgets and forecasts while providing analytical support for major business decisions.

The position requires a CPA or MBA plus several years of accounting/finance leadership experience, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; 5–7+ years in accounting, finance, auditing, or consulting.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with business-operations and finance leaders.
• Ability to lead projects, set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of relationships between operations and accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge; ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct experience a plus.

Responsibilities
