COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a major hospitality and food service operator to appoint a Regional Controller. This newly established role blends commercial finance leadership with operational insight across 15+ venues.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and the month-end close, translating financial results into actionable insights for operational leaders and driving margin improvement.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification preferred or required.
• 5+ years in senior finance or controller roles.
• Strong FP&A, financial reporting, and multi-site experience.
• Hospitality/contract catering or high-volume operations experience preferred.
• Strong commercial judgement to influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex financial information for non-finance teams.

We’re working with a major player in the global hospitality and food service space who are continuing to scale their operations across a portfolio of high-traffic venues including stadiums, arenas, cultural attractions, and large convention centres.

They are looking to appoint a Regional Controller to take responsibility for financial leadership across a portfolio of 15+ operational accounts. This is a newly established role that brings together commercial finance and operational insight, with real influence over how performance is driven across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial management across 15+ multi-site operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close

About You
