Qualifications

  • Progressive accounting leadership experience within the construction industry.
  • Strong experience with financial statements, job costing, and WIP reporting.
  • CPA designation is a plus.

  • Oversee monthly and year-end financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Manage job costing and WIP reporting, providing insight into project profitability and performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
  • Evaluate and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automate processes, and implement new accounting systems.
  • Partner with project and operational leaders to analyze financial results and support business decisions.
