Job summary

MGR Accounting Recruiters is looking for a Controller in San Marcos, Texas, to lead all accounting operations for a stable and growing construction organization. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will manage month-end closes, oversee financial reporting, and guide internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of leadership experience in accounting, and specific construction industry knowledge. This role offers a key leadership position with visibility to executive management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, and project accounting.

• Lead all accounting and financial operations for the organization.
