BMS CAT is seeking a Regional Controller to direct financial affairs across a geographic area and work with the Regional VP to evaluate branch profitability in Haltom City, TX.

The role manages close processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and project accounting with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely analysis. CPA candidate preferred; travel as needed; base salary with bonus potential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA candidate preferred, not required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Regional Controller will help direct the financial affairs of regions in a geographical area. The Regional Controller is responsible for adherence to the company’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the maintenance of its financial records and preparation of financial reports. The Regional Controller will work closely with the Regional Vice President and/or Regional Manager to evaluate profitability of our branches.

• Manage the close process at the branch level
• Financial reporting
• Budgeting
• Financial analysis
• Project accounting
• Marketing analysis reporting
• Support all audit activities when needed
• Job cost tracking and entries
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized
• Detail oriented
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to travel as needed
• CPA candidate preferred, not required

Compensation & Benefits

As the Regional Controller, you will receive a base salary along with bonus potential. Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.
