Job summary

A-Gas is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for the Rhome, TX site to embed practical improvement initiatives into daily operations. You will work with site leadership and frontline teams to improve safety, throughput, quality, and cost across production, cylinder management, reclamation, and laboratory processes.

The role requires hands-on CI expertise; experience in Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven problem solving; a Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years in manufacturing process

Qualifications

• Experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing or chemical plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and CI tools.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in safety, productivity, and cost.
• Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate site and business priorities into actionable floor-level improvement initiatives.
• Lead CI efforts across production, filling, cylinder processing, reclamation, and lab operations.
• Ensure initiatives align with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Embed standard work and daily management systems across shifts.
• Lead root cause analysis for safety, quality, and operational issues.
