Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in construction safety.
• Practical knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations.
• Experience delivering employee safety training.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand project schedule for risk planning.
• Develop and manage relationships at all levels including projects/craft and regional leadership.
• Develop action plans for regional safety performance.
• Provide on-site safety planning and training for projects.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and investigate incidents.
• Provide data analysis and regulatory guidance to support safety programs.
