Job summary

The Crom Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager in Chattanooga, TN to lead the region’s business development, bid strategy, and project execution. This role partners with the executive team to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across a portfolio of critical projects.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil/Mechanical Engineering background, PM experience, and strong client relationships. Expect travel, leadership, and a focus on profitable regional growth within Crom's core competencies.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (ABET/EAC) and 3 years of PM or construction experience, OR 5+ years in PM/engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Valid drivers' license and clean driving record.
• Completion of Crom field training.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development and bidding activities.
• Collaborate with Region Lead and Region BDM to pursue new clients.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and presentations to demonstrate Crom services.
• Manage client requirements and develop long-term relationships.
• Oversee project execution with safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Oversee billing, collections and project financials; minimize DSOs.
• Mentor regional team and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
