S.R. Construction Services LLC is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead regional projects in the Houston, TX area. You will direct field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects advance on schedule from mobilization through closeout.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership on ground-up or TI projects, strong Procore proficiency, a valid driver’s license, OSHA-10, and willingness to travel regionally. Full-time with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Proven track record managing ground-up commercial or complex tenant improvement projects.
• Current OSHA 10 certification and willingness to travel regionally.

Aufgaben

• Direct all field operations, subcontractors, and vendors to meet aggressive project schedules.
• Enforce OSHA standards and lead site safety meetings.
• Verify work aligns with engineering plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Drive sequencing, look-ahead schedules, and daily production targets to keep projects on track.
• Manage daily logs, photos, and project documentation in Procore.
• Coordinate site logistics, equipment deployment, and material deliveries.
• Serve as the primary field contact for project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
