Job summary

Carter Lumber Company is seeking a Commercial Installed Field Supervisor to oversee large installed projects, coordinating between corporate and field offices to ensure timely production. The role requires strong communication, safety, and project-management skills across multiple job sites.

You will help set project direction, manage regional programs, and ensure policy compliance, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction/project management.
• Solid understanding of Job Site Management processes and construction assembly.
• Observes safety procedures and practices.
• Understanding of contract changes to build-out processes and schedules.
• Ability to analyze data and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assists in setting the direction for installed commercial projects.
• Develops and oversees all aspects of installed commercial projects in region to meet goals.
• Contributes to annual budgeting and ensures adherence to budget.
• Implements region policies and procedures for installed projects.
• Facilitates weekly field conference calls and records production meeting minutes.
• Recommends resolutions to avoid site issues in the field.
• Ensures stores and installers follow safety guidelines for quality and service standards.
• Guides stores to properly execute projects.
• Develops and implements training for employees on processes and directions.
