Job summary

Novant Health Urgent Care (Formerly Doctors Care) is looking for a Regional Trainer to join our Upstate Doctors Care Centers team. This full-time role involves developing and delivering training programs for new and existing staff, ensuring quality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a medical license, strong communication skills, and be able to travel throughout the assigned region. We offer a competitive wage, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Required to travel throughout assigned region to conduct training.
• Completion of a post-secondary program.
• 2 years of experience as an educator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for all new and existing urgent care staff.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing education for existing staff.
• Serve as a liaison among Center Managers and training personnel.

Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

General knowledge of medical ethics and confidentiality

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Medical Assistant, LPN, Rad Tech, or RN License

SC RN License
