Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Indiana licensure (Independent) – LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health and/or SUD treatment.
• Supervisory experience preferred; strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for Mental Health Therapists, Substance Use Therapists, and Case Managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and treatment standards.
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to maintain compliance with quality metrics.
• Conduct weekly clinical supervision sessions, both individually and in groups, to support professional development.
• Ensure ethical and evidence-based practices across mental health and SUD services.
• Provide ongoing training on assessment tools, treatment interventions, and risk management.
• 1 On-Site Visit Per Week - Up To 4 Sites a week
• 1- Weekly Onboarding Training - Held on Tuesday's
• 1x Weekly Group Supervision (Mental Health, SUD, and Case Management)
• Review & Sign Off on Assessments, Clinical Notes & Treatment Plans (Ongoing)
• 1x Monthly QA Audit - Intake & ITP
• 1x Monthly Case Management QA Review
• 1x Monthly Medical Necessity & Utilization Review
• 1x Monthly MAT Compliance Review & Deficiency Report
• Regular Collaboration with Operations for Program Development & Compliance
• Monthly CEU Training Completion & Documentation
