Regional Clinical Sales Specialist (CMF) - Portland, OR - DePuy Synthes

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Clinical Sales Specialist (CMF) for DePuy Synthes located in Portland, OR. Territory includes Washington, Oregon, and California with 25% travel.

The responsibilities include supporting orthopedic surgical procedures in hospitals and ORs, managing logistics, billing, and assets, working closely with surgeons and hospital staff, and providing clinical and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently assist surgeons during surgeries by providing clinical and technical support.
• Serve as the sole company representative during surgeries, ensuring equipment functionality.
• Respond to physician needs, troubleshoot, manage billing, and build purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to improve solutions and support sales growth.
• Consult on Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department procedures.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and assets, ensuring product availability.
• Maintain promotional materials and ensure quality standards.
• Support logistics by moving instruments and implants between hospitals and sales reps.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + 2+ years of experience or
• 4+ years of professional experience or
• Recent military transition experience.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work in lab/OR environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends/overnights.
• Reside in or relocate to the territory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and surgical procedures preferred.
• Technical knowledge of surgical instruments and protocols preferred.
