Position Overview:

The Regional Clinical Sales Specialist will support orthopedic surgical product sales by providing clinical and logistical expertise in hospitals and operating rooms, including surgical case assistance, billing, logistics, and asset management. The role involves working closely with management and sales teams, supporting various territories, and traveling within the U.S. as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Independently guide and assist surgeons during surgeries by providing clinical and technical support.
  2. Support DPS sales by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functional.
  3. Respond to physician needs, handle hospital billing, and manage purchase orders.
  4. Share insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to improve solutions and support growth.
  5. Consult on Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department procedures.
  6. Maintain and deploy equipment and assets effectively within the assigned area.
  7. Ensure promotional materials are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
  8. Support logistical operations, including moving instruments and implants between hospitals and sales reps.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or
  • Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with at least 2 years of experience, or
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, or
  • Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. (overnight/weekend).
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to the assigned region.
  • Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with good prioritization.
  • Ability to work independently and within complex organizations.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and surgical procedures.
  • Technical knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
