Responsibilities
  1. Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical cases.
  2. Serve as the sole company representative during surgeries to ensure proper equipment availability and functionality.
  3. Respond to physician needs, troubleshoot, and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
  4. Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with relevant teams to improve solutions and support sales growth.
  5. Provide consultation to Operating Room and Sterile Processing Departments.
  6. Maintain and deploy equipment and assets efficiently across the assigned area.
  7. Ensure promotional materials are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
  8. Support logistical operations, including moving instruments and implants between hospitals and sales reps.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or
  • Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional experience or
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience or recent military service.
Other Requirements
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. (overnight/weekend).
  • Residency or willingness to relocate to the assigned region.
  • Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and surgical procedures is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and solutions is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
