Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or RN required.
• GCP/ICH knowledge and regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills; willing to adopt new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Aufgaben

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent and protects confidentiality; assesses factors affecting patient safety and data integrity.
• Conducts Source Document Review and data query resolution; ensures accurate data capture and ISF/TMF maintenance.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, storage, and release/return per protocol; ensures IP handling compliance.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; supports audit readiness and site training.
