Job summary

Vivo Infusion seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee patient care and regional clinical operations in Upstate New York. You will lead Advanced Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and clinical staff across multiple clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality patient care, and budget adherence.

The full-time role combines on-site and remote support, reports to the Regional Operations Director, and includes a comprehensive benefits package with a 10% bonus target.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN with leadership experience acceptable.
• 2–4 years of progressive healthcare management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient care and regional clinical operations across assigned locations.
• Manages staff, including hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with State, Federal, JCAHO and accreditation standards.
• Develops budgets and monitors labor costs and supply utilization.
• Leads quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
