Vivo Infusion is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead patient care and clinical operations across Upstate New York clinics. You will supervise Advanced Practitioners, RNs, and staff, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while managing budgets and resources.

The role requires RN licensure, 2–4 years of healthcare management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current state license.
• 2–4 years of progressive healthcare management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; leadership experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient care and clinical operations within regional locations.
• Directly manages Advanced Practitioners, RNs, Medical Assistants, and staff; conducts regular 1:1s and evaluations.
• Manages budget, labor costs, and supply utilization; ensures regulatory compliance.
