Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager for Upstate New York. The role oversees patient care and clinic operations across multiple facilities, leads clinical teams, and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with leadership skills, manages budgets, and collaborates with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic regional environment. Full-time, with regular hours and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unencumbered license.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• RN with Associate’s degree and leadership experience considered.
• 2–4 years of progressive healthcare management experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient care and clinical operations across regional locations.
• Upholds policies, mission, values, and expectations.
• Executes quality initiatives to improve outcomes and patient experience.
• Manages Advanced Practitioners, RNs, MAs, and staff; conducts 1:1s and evaluations.
• Manages hiring, discipline, reporting, and budgeted labor costs.
• Maintains relationships with external partners and physicians.
• Drives training, processes, and compliance with accreditation standards.
