Job summary

Scalable Sourcing is seeking a Clinical Manager in California to oversee patient care services and clinical staff. You will lead regulatory readiness, drive QAPI initiatives, and supervise operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

The role requires an RN licensed in CA with 3–5 years of management experience in home health or clinic settings, CPR certification, and the ability to travel between locations. Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential.

• Experience in home health, home care, or clinic RN services preferred
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations and serve as primary contact for staff and patients.
• Ensure care delivery complies with professional standards and state/federal regulations.
• Lead QAPI initiatives, track incidents, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain survey readiness and manage HHCAHPS survey distribution within SHP.
• Coordinate patient care through intake, referrals, and interdisciplinary care plans.
• Lead Emergency Preparedness Planning (EPP) and post-activation reporting.
• Provide leadership coverage for PCM and CSS roles as needed.
