- Proficiency with data-driven platforms (PCC, CASPER, OnShift).
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple skilled nursing centers and drive standardized clinical systems.
- Lead survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and Five-Star outcomes.
- Mentor DNS and nursing leadership across sites.
- Balance clinical stewardship with financial/resource management.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support and regional emergency coverage.
