Job Juncture in the United States is seeking an RN Regional Clinical Director to oversee multiple skilled nursing centers across Connecticut. You will partner with a peer Regional Director and report to the VP of Clinical Operations, driving standardized care and Five-Star outcomes.

This executive role balances clinical stewardship with budget oversight, mentors DNS, ensures survey readiness, and leads regional regulatory compliance for state and federal requirements, with frequent regional

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut and in good standing.
BSN strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership in SNF.
At least 3 years in DNS role.
Experience in multi-site leadership and survey readiness.
Proficient data analytics using EMR platforms for quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Strategic multi-site oversight to standardize clinical systems and drive Five-Star outcomes.
Regulatory command and crisis management for CT/MA regulations and surveys.
Quality assurance, audit validation, and regional PIP development.
Leadership mentorship and DNS succession planning across centers.
Workforce and financial stewardship with staffing models and budgets.
Regional travel and 24/7 on-call coverage for emergencies.
