Edelman Financial Engines seeks a Regional Client Service Manager to lead and mentor client service teams across multiple branches, ensuring world-class service and strong client relationships.

With 5–7 years in financial services and leadership experience, you will partner with regional leaders, plan staffing, oversee performance reviews, and drive initiatives that improve morale and efficiency while navigating regulatory and operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of financial industry experience, broker/dealer or RIA preferred.
• At least three years of leadership experience.
• Series 7, Series 24, or Series 66 licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and lead Client Service Teams; manage day-to-day branch operations.
• Partner with Regional Director to maintain high-quality standards and service.
• Plan staffing and support needs; interview and hire qualified candidates.
• Identify and develop high-performing internal employees for future roles.
• Oversee performance reviews and ensure timely, accurate appraisals.
• Develop performance improvement plans and coach underperformers.
• Maintain morale and a respectful, cooperative culture across departments.
• Review departmental procedures to ensure efficient, profitable operations.
• Ensure programs meet goals; resolve complex service and operational issues.
• Travel as needed to support regional offices.
