Job summary

Confident Med Spa in Rochester, NH is seeking a Regional Client Relations Coordinator to strengthen the client experience across locations in New Hampshire and Maine. The role supports the provider team in and out of treatment rooms and helps drive patient engagement.

You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and contribute to marketing and events while maintaining high professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
• Respond to online inquiries and appointment requests.
• Gather demographic information to create/update patient accounts.
• Use the computer system to generate invoices and maintain patient records.
• Register patients, complete check-in/check-out, and provide forms to patients.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Answer calls and inquiries via phone and online.
• Assist leadership with marketing materials, inventory, and supplies.
• Assist provider team in room prep and procedures as needed.
• Quote and obtain payment.
• Drive member retention through outreach via phone/email.
• Educate patients on services, products, promotions, and events.
• Attend onsite and offsite events.
• Assist team with tasks as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and stocking.
• Meet monthly goals, drive sales and patient satisfaction.
