Walmart is seeking a Class A CDL driver to join our private fleet in Cullman, AL. You’ll drive tractor-trailers, meet DOT requirements, and maintain high safety standards while earning mileage-based pay with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Interstate (Class A) CDL with HazMat endorsement or will obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Minimum 30 months (2.5 years) experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.
• Must live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willing to relocate within 250 miles by 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan your day, set priorities, and work with your team to keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Handle all required paperwork and electronic logs accurately and follow DOT/state/company guidelines.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer, inspecting it before, during, and after each trip.
• Run optimized routes by following traffic laws and local restrictions to improve on-time delivery.
• Uphold Walmart’s standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism every mile.
