Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Truck Driver OTR - Regional in Cullman, AL. This full-time role offers regional routes, with home time weekly and strong pay potential. Drivers follow DOT guidelines, operate tractor-trailers safely, and maintain documentation and logs.

You’ll be part of a large private fleet with benefits and performance bonuses, plus opportunities for growth and additional driver programs at Walmart locations.

Qualifications

• Hazmat endorsement with cleared background check or obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Minimum of 30 months (2.5 years) in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer position in the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.
• Must live within 250 miles of the facility or be willing to relocate within 250 miles within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan your day and coordinate with the team to keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Handle required paperwork and electronic logs, DOT/state/company guidelines.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer and inspect vehicle at each trip.
• Run optimized routes while following traffic laws and local restrictions.
• Uphold Walmart’s safety, integrity, and professionalism standards every mile.
