Job Description:Haul regional freight across the Southwest. This fleet is tailored for drivers who want predictable home time and efficient lanes, running an average of 2,000 miles per week with a 300-mile average length of haul.

Equipment:2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths — clean, reliable, and fully supported with 24/7 operations access.

Pay:Average $1,200 per week — plus performance bonuses available up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity.

Home Time:Weekly 34-hour resets, regional freight out of Dallas

Freight:100% no-touch — 50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload

Experience:1 year preferred (will train the right candidate)

Additional Benefits:

• Detention Pay:$12.50/hour after 2 hours

• Layover/Breakdown Pay:$100/day

• Vacation Pay:

  • 1 year = 1 week

  • 3 years = 2 weeks

  • 7 years = 3 weeks

  • 15 years = 4 weeks
