• Job Description: Haul regional freight across the Southwest. This fleet is tailored for drivers who want predictable home time and efficient lanes, running an average of 2,000 miles per week with a 300-mile average length of haul.
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths — clean, reliable, and fully supported with 24/7 operations access.
• Pay: Average $1,200 per week — plus performance bonuses available up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity.
• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour resets, regional freight out of Dallas.
• Experience: 1 year preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Additional Benefits: Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours; Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100/day; Vacation Pay: 1 week after 1 year, increasing with tenure; 401(k) with company match.
