Job Description: Haul regional freight across the Southwest. This fleet is tailored for drivers who want predictable home time and efficient lanes, running an average of 2,000 miles per week with a 300-mile average length of haul.
Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths — clean, reliable, and fully supported with 24/7 operations access.
Pay: Average $1,200 per week — plus performance bonuses available up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity.
Home Time: Weekly 34-hour resets
Freight: 100% no-touch — 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
Experience: 1 year preferred (will train the right candidate)
