Job summary

R Transport, Inc. is hiring experienced Class A CDL Dump Truck Drivers to support hazardous and industrial waste transportation projects in the Pacific Northwest. The role is regional with occasional local work and overnight travel.

Responsibilities include safe operation of dump trucks, completing required paperwork, adherence to DOT/FMCSA rules, and maintaining equipment in a clean, safe condition. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat endorsement required.
• Current DOT medical certification required.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to meet all applicable DOT and FMCSA driver qualification requirements.
• Ability to perform drug and alcohol testing as required.
• Ability to safely operate assigned commercial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump truck and related Class A equipment.
• Transport hazardous, special, dangerous, industrial and other materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete manifests, shipping documents, logs and paperwork.
• Follow safety requirements of DOT, FMCSA, state and company.
• Secure and manage loads during transport.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers.
