Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Class A CDL truck driver in Florida to perform safe, on-time deliveries across the region. You will operate a 53’ dry van, complete all required documents, and adhere to FMCSA standards while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of verifiable CMV experience, pass a DOT physical and drug test, and can communicate clearly with Dispatch. We offer full-time hours with a strong safety record and an emphasis on compliance.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and understands English clearly.
• Complies with FMCSA and company safety rules.
• Maintains professional appearance and behavior on the road.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer equipment in various configurations and weights as allowed by law.
• Complete shipping documents, manifests, and logs per FMCSA and company policy.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Communicate with Dispatch/Operations about stops, movements, and issues.
• Adhere to DOT safety standards and company EEO/AA policies.
