Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for Corrugated Logistics. You will safely operate a 53’ dry van, perform thorough pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure compliant, on-time deliveries across assignments.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL without airbrake restrictions from the state of domicile
• Three years of verifiable CMV operation experience (12 months or 150,000 miles)
• Read, write, speak, and understand English clearly
• DOT applications must be complete and accurate and should include a 7-year MVR with the application and full employment/education history (last 10 years)
• Must meet or exceed the DOT medical standard, including a physical and drug test
• Possess a valid Social Security Card
• No serious driving violations in the last 10 years
• No license suspensions in the last 10 years
• No moving violations in the last 3 years (with limits over 5 years)
• No felony convictions in the last 10 years (older cases considered)
• No controlled substance events or crimes against others
• Misdemeanors considered case by case
• No DWI/DUI in the last 10 years
• Present a clean, professional appearance
• Successful completion of Corrugated Logistics road test

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of a 53’ dry van and various tractor-trailer configurations
• Perform thorough pre-trip inspections per FMCSA and company policy
• Maintain accurate driver logs and hours of service per FMCSA and Corrugated Logistics
• Deliver shipments, secure cargo, and communicate with Dispatch/Operations
• Complete all required paperwork (inspections, manifests, bills of ladings, reports)
• Report accidents or incidents and coordinate with law enforcement if needed
• Adhere to safety policies and comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Possess professional conduct and effective communication with customers and team
