Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new graduates, to join the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers will complete paid OTR training with a trainer before operating solo.

The role offers weekly pay with a structured pay scale, including training pay, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO). Home time is bi-weekly with orientation at the nearest terminal.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from safety-related reasons.
• 10-year employment history with limited gaps; 6 months in last year or 1 year in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A trucks on the 14 Western regional lanes.
• Participate in paid OTR training with a trainer before solo operation.
• Follow safety, regulatory, and company policies; maintain logs and reports.
• Complete assignments including no-touch dry van, drop-and-hook, and occasional live load/unload.
