Qualifications

• Interstate Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement or will obtain Hazmat endorsement within 120 days of hire.
• Minimum of 30 months experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer position in the prior 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years (personal or commercial).
• No serious violations in the last 3 years.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or be willing to relocate within 250 miles within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Walmart’s safety, integrity, and professionalism standards mile after mile.
• Plan your day, set priorities, and coordinate with the team to keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Handle required paperwork and electronic logs following DOT, state, and company guidelines.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer and inspect it before, during, and after trips.
• Run optimized routes by obeying traffic laws and local restrictions to improve on-time delivery.
