Job summary

Valor is seeking qualified Class A CDL regional drivers for home weekly, no touch freight, on full‑time schedules. Pay starts with $0.65 CPM based on an average of 2,100–2,400 miles per week, with weekly earnings typically around $1,500–$1,610 and full benefits.

Drivers can bring a rider and small dog from day one; equipment is provided and trucks are assigned. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), paid vacations, and orientation pays.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required and verifiable OTR/Regional experience.
• Must meet driving/discipline requirements (no major violations).
• Ability to drive 2,100–2,400 miles weekly on no‑touch freight.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A CMVs on regional routes with no touch freight.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and on‑time delivery while maintaining vehicle readiness.
• Complete orientation and comply with company policies and scheduling (home weekly).
