Job summary

Super-Sod seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers to transport seed, sod and soil products regionally. You will operate company trucks, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain safety standards across routes servicing farms and retail facilities.

Typical hours are Mon–Fri 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with possible longer shifts during peak seasons. Benefits include healthcare, 401K, and flexible PTO; W-2 employment with annual pay reviews.

Qualifications

• Must be 23+ years old and have 2+ years of commercial truck driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and Medical Card; multi-state certification status.
• Clean driving record with no major or excessive violations within the last 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy equipment.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather and remote conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
• Deliver, pickup and relocate sod and other farm products.
• Maintain safety reports and required DOT/OSHA paperwork.
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Assist with routing, GPS navigation and gear safety checks.
