Job summary

Super-Sod is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our shipping and receiving team. You will transport seed, sod, and soil products regionally, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to safety standards. Expect home nights, a modern fleet, and competitive pay based on routes and performance.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday with potential weekend work during harvest seasons. Candidates must have a clean driving record, 2+ years of experience, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience in commercial truck driving.
• Must possess valid Class A CDL and Medical Card.
• Clean driving record with no major or excessive violations within previous 3 years.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
• Deliver and relocate farm products and materials.
• Perform required maintenance and provide reports during operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety certifications per DOT/OSHA requirements.
• Protect company property and ensure clean, organized work areas.
• Contribute to team efficiency and support operations as required.
