Job summary

RUAN TRANSPORTATION MGMT SYSTS is seeking a Regional Flex CDL Driver in La Vergne, TN to haul for dedicated customers. This role offers a weekly pay structure with strong earning potential and an average of about $120,000 per year for drivers.

Drivers will be out 3 to 4 weeks at a time, with hotels provided for 34-hour resets. They will operate late-model Freightliner Sleeper tractors hauling reefer and dry van trailers and enjoy comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply).
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and complete reports.
• Must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired.

Responsibilities

• Haul for dedicated customers as assigned by Ruan.
• Out for 3–4 weeks at a time with potential for longer assignments.
• Provide hotel accommodations for 34-hour resets during long trips.
• Operate late-model Freightliner Sleeper tractors hauling reefer and dry van trailers.
