Job summary

Ruan Transportation Management Systems in Nashville, TN is seeking Class A CDL drivers to haul for dedicated customers. Expect multi-week assignments, hotel resets, and 24/7 operation with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,575 when based at home terminal and $2,000 for other loads, plus a strong average annual pay around $120,000.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years or older.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply).
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• With the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.
• Additional qualifications will apply.
• Earn 80 hours of vacation after one year.

About the Job

Ruan is looking for Class A CDL Drivers based in Nashville, TN, to haul for various of our dedicated customers. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at [phone] .

Pay

• Drivers are averaging $120,000 per year
• Guaranteed $2,000 per week when running loads for other dedicated customers
• Quarterly loyalty bonus starting at $0.01 per mile driven during the quarterand increases based on years of service with company
• Paid holidays included
• Guaranteed $1,575 per week when running out of the home terminal Smyrna TN

Schedule

Drivers will be out for 3–5 weeks at a time and must be flexible with scheduling, as trucks operate 24/7. Drivers may occasionally be assigned special projects for other customers, and a hotel stay will be provided for each driver for a 34-hour reset during their time out. Home time is based on time out:

• 3 weeks out = 4 days home
• 4 weeks out = 5 days home
• 5+ weeks out = 7 days home

Equipment

Drive an assigned late-model Freightliner Sleeper while hauling reefer and dry van trailers with lift gates.
