RUAN TRANSPORTATION MGMT SYSTS is seeking a Regional Flex CDL Driver in La Vergne, TN to haul for dedicated customers. This role offers a weekly pay structure with strong earning potential and an average of about $120,000 per year for drivers.

Drivers will be out 3 to 4 weeks at a time, with hotels provided for 34-hour resets. They will operate late-model Freightliner Sleeper tractors hauling reefer and dry van trailers and enjoy comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply).
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and complete reports.
• Must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired.

About the Job

Pay

Get paid weekly while earning a guaranteed minimum of $1,575 per week-- when working out of home terminal, Publix. When running loads for other dedicated customers, enjoy a $2,000 per week minimum guarantee. Drivers are averaging $120,000 per year. There is also a quarterly loyalty bonus of $0.01 per mile driven during the quarter and paid holidays!

Schedule

Drivers will be out for weeks at a time (minimum of 3 weeks), with potential to be out up to four weeks at a time, and will occasionally be assigned special projects for other customers. A hotel stay will be provided for each driver for a 34-hour reset during the weeks out.Trucks are moving 24/7, so drivers must be flexible in scheduling.

Equipment

Drive an assigned late-model Freightliner Sleeper while hauling reefer and dry van trailers with lift gates.
