Staffmark Group is now hiring a Regional Class A CDL Driver for direct hire in Sidney, OH. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $27.00 - $33.00 per hour, along with a Monday to Friday schedule. As a driver, you will safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer and service customers across multiple states.

Qualifications

Location: Sidney, OH

Pay Rate: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer hauling refrigerated food products, including lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and salads.
• Drive regional routes servicing customers throughout Ohio, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, New York, Michigan, Kentucky, Georgia, Wisconsin, Illinois, and surrounding areas as needed.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
• Deliver products on time while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Unload freight at customer locations and assist with loading activities at shipping locations when required.
• Handle touch-freight deliveries involving products weighing up to 65 lbs.
• Operate forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move freight safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery records, and required DOT documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and transportation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel regarding delivery schedules and route updates.
• Ensure cargo is transported safely and arrives in excellent condition.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and business partners.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1-year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
