Staffmark Group is hiring a Class A CDL Driver in Erie, PA. The role operates a 53' dry van with automatic transmission, hauling palletized office supplies and other commercial freight regionally.

Expect a Monday-Friday schedule with start times around 12:30 AM–1:00 AM and home daily. Responsibilities include safe operation, regional routes with same-day return, dock deliveries, pallet jack offloads, and DOT paperwork.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clean MVR.
• At least 1 year CDL experience (in past 3 years).
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer with a 53' dry van trailer.
• Complete regional delivery routes with same-day return home.
• Perform drop-and-hook deliveries and pickups.
• Make dock deliveries at customer locations.
• Offload palletized freight using manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Inspect equipment and complete required DOT paperwork.
• Secure and transport freight safely and efficiently.
• Maintain professional customer service during deliveries and pickups.

This position offers consistent Monday-Friday routes, home-daily schedules, and overtime opportunities.

Job Duties

• Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer with a 53 dry van trailer
• Complete regional delivery routes with same-day return home

• Make dock deliveries at customer locations
• Offload palletized freight using manual and electric pallet jacks

• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations

Driving Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
