Job summary

Capitol Distributing is seeking a Regional Delivery Driver to service store deliveries across 9 states. This role involves local, shuttle, team, and overnight routes with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record—3 points or less in 12 months.
• Current DOT medical certificate.
• Doubles endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Willing to work flexible days/nights/weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries, beverages, and items to stores across 9 states.
• Operate multi-type trailers (frozen, refrigerated, dry goods).
• Offload freight with pallet jack, hand cart, and totes.
• Track inventory using scanners and delivery logs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Occasionally cover emergency routes as needed.
• Adhere to DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards.
