Job summary

Dot Transportation, Inc. is seeking Regional Class A CDL drivers to safely move product to customers and distribution centers. You will work with various schedules and routes, with home time built in and an activity-based pay model.

Drivers can earn between $800 and $3,100 per week, with first-year earnings up to $95,000 and experienced drivers averaging $104,000+ annually. Training and endorsements are available where needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record or ability to obtain via training
• Ability to obtain HazMat and Tanker endorsements
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT)
• Ability to communicate in English as required by FMCSA regulations
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
• At least one of: 140+ hour CDL school or 6+ months CDL-A experience

Responsibilities

• Transport product from suppliers to customers and distribution centers
• Load and unload as required; some roles may be no-touch freight
• Read and understand load paperwork and product descriptions
• Manage routes, schedules, and deliveries to meet service expectations
• Monitor fuel usage, idle time, and speed to support operations
• Comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety policies
• Represent DTI with professionalism on the road and at locations
